Let’s make sure the team is up for the journey.

Employees are like athletes, performance diminishes over time especially when teams are running flat out for weeks and months on end.

For years researchers have been telling us that our brains weren’t built to focus for eight-full hours a day.

A recent study by DeskTime, a productivity app that tracks employees’ computer time, shows that top performers work for 52 consecutive minutes on average and then they take a break — away from their computers.

A 17-minute break is all it takes to re-energize, think clearer, and improve productivity. Offering employees onsite massage for those 17-minutes has the added benefit of reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension; and if anyone is stuck on a problem, massage helps rewire the brain so ideas can flow.

the vibrant body approach

We can design one-off events to support teams on a product launch sprint, or an ongoing program that supports the company’s overall health and wellness objectives. We create a serene, private space in the office and bring all the gear, including geek goodies like aromatherapy oils and tiger balm, along with relaxing music. We make a range of massage therapy treatments available. Everyone keeps their clothes on. Simple.

Vibrant Body therapists are trained in corrective and restorative massage and can tailor therapies to address specific issues, goals, or pain points.

A de-stresser treatment that helps revitalize, nourish and relax overworked brains, tired eyes, and fatigued bodies.

Neuromuscular Therapy

A pain reducer that takes an integrative approach to repairing and restoring sore and tired muscles, especially muscles in the neck, back and forearms that bear the brunt of working long hours at a computer. It’s that hurts so good kind of pain release.

Sports Massage

An invigorating treatment that incorporates breathing and stretching along with massage to get your system ready for that next big sprint, meeting, deadline, or proposal.

We think of ourselves as anatomy geeks dedicated to the art and science of decoding the human body and how its various anatomical, physiological, and psychological systems work together to keep us healthy, happy and performing at our peak.

We see massage therapy — the art of combining pressure, accuracy, and quality of touch in therapeutic ways — as an innately human way to give comfort. And by adding music and aromatherapy to the experience, we activate all of the senses and take our clients on a deeply restorative journey. Each experience is unique to the needs of the individual in that moment — a singular gift of care and loving intention. It’s our way of changing the world.
